Overview
Plants were grown in long trays that were wide enough for lateral branches to trail and geocarps to develop in the soil. Traits were measured for a population of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) and their wild A-genome parents (Arachis duranensis K7988, Arachis stenosperma V10309). The plants were phenotyped for Seed number and Weight of 10 seeds at the Catholic University of Brasilia in 2009.
